Really good - two changes we made were the addition of 2 more peppers and another .75lbs of potatoes.

Simple, delicious family dinner. I used Italian hot sausage and added extra bell pepper, red and green.

It was good, we added way more seasoning than it called for. Took maybe 40 minutes but we just let it cook until the potatoes were soft. overall a good meal. it burnt the onions though, make sure you cut them thick.

Family LOVED IT !!!!! . Instead of drizzling olive oil over the potatoes and onions. added garlic to the olive oil. Tasted Great ! new family favorite.

I totally squirreled and changed the spices. Bit the timing was perfect and it turned out really well! I feel like it would be hard to wrong with this one . :)

Amazing! Cooked it a little longer because the potatoes weren’t as soft as I like them.

Really simple and quick to make however it was quite bland so I suggest adding your own spices

It was easy and tasty. I added more potatoes, sausages and peppers because it wasn't enough for us though. I'll definitely do this again.

Amazing combination. Put some slap ya mammas seasoning on it and dippped it in a Dijon mustard/ yellow mustard mix. Husband got seconds.

I have a recipe like this except I use a cast iron Dutch oven. And top with a mozzarella parmesan mix. I also change up the seasoning sometimes Mrs.Dash, complete season and use a little olive oil to help with the sticking.

I have been wanting to give this recipe a try because I often have Italian sausage in the freezer and often want to find new recipes to make it with. I really loved this recipe, it turned out absolutely fantastic and I can't wait to make it again. I would use less onion and more bell pepper next time, however. It was perfect. I work for Yummly.
