- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 lb. brussels sprouts
- 2 medium carrot
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt (for vegetables)
- black pepper (to taste, for vegetables)
- 4 pork loin chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 tsp. salt (for pork chops)
- black pepper (to taste, for pork chops)
- nonstick cooking spray

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line an extra-large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the mustard, honey, onion powder, and garlic powder to a medium mixing bowl and stir until combined and golden-brown in color. Set aside.

it was okay. flavors were good, pork was a bit dry, just needed a little something else.

Pork was excellent! Carrots were still a little hard even adding 8 minutes to cooking time because my pork chops were very thick.

This was super easy and delicious everyone in my picky house hold gave it 5 stars. i added red potatoes and asparagus to the vegetables.

Great flavors, whole family liked it. I overcrowded the pan sheet so the veggies weren’t as browned and crispy as would have been best.

Swapped the chops for pawns and the kids loved it, Caribbean themed and simple to cook in 25mins, thx for the inspiring meal.

We double and sometimes triple the “sauce” because everyone in the home is addicted. From a family of 4 with two picky eaters, we eat this weekly. I, also just use whatever veggies I have in my fridge and it’s seriously never gone wrong.

Made it with roasted sweet potatoes and the glaze was good on them. Pork chops were not as savory tasting as I had expected

Better the 2nd day, as possibly the flavors had solidified, but we found it pretty uninteresting. Will not be making again.

Perfectly tender pork! Sauce was tasty but didn’t make very much.Would double sauce recipe.
