I used broccoli, green beans, and a separate tray of potatoes... a very filling meal! And the glaze is something I plan to make regularly!

This is a really good merinade. I cooked the chops in the merinade on my sous veide for 3 hrs at 135, then seared in butter. Tender and delicious, especially topped with the extra sauce

delicious. I used a boneless pork loin and left out the cinnamon bit followed everything else
