- 1 lb. asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt (for asparagus)
- 2 Ciabatta rolls (large)
- black pepper (to taste, for asparagus)
- 2 Tbsp. salted butter (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 lemon (for serving)
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (for serving)

We loved this. Recipe would also be great using Ranch dressing to replace the Caesar. Also, we stacked the ingredients for a beautiful final product.
