- Place the Smart Oven+ Baking Stone Attachment in oven. Select STONE BAKE mode and preheat to 425°F.
- Toss squash and onions with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread out in even layer on Baking Stone. Roast 25 minutes until golden and tender. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- Transfer squash to serving dish and sprinkle with bacon, chia seeds, sesame seeds and parsley. Serve immediately.
