    Skip the deep frying and buy fried tofu a dash of honey instead of sugar

    It was outstanding my wife loved it
    tofu takes way too long to cook; but the taste was really good. I made also a variant, broiling the tofu on a electric oven, but it still required to be cook in the skillet.
