Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds pork loin roast (boneless)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons tequila
1 tablespoon sherry
2 tablespoons chilies (mild, chopped)
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
1/4 cup sesame paste
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons chilies (mild, chopped)
2 tablespoons ginger (minced)
1/4 cup green onions (minced)
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds (toasted)

Directions

1Place pork loin in plastic self-sealing bag. Process next nine ingredients in food processor; add to bag, seal and chill several hours. Remove pork from marinade; place in shallow baking dish and reserve marinade.
2Roast pork in preheated 350 degree F. oven about 30-40 minutes, baste frequently with marinade, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 minutes. Reserve all juices.
3Combine next five ingredients in small saucepan; heat to a boil. Simmer for five minutes. Add marmalade and sesame oil with any juices from the roasted pork loin. Simmer a few minutes more.
4Slice pork loin to serve; pour warm sauce over pork slices. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
