Ingredients

2 pork tenderloin (about 1 3/4 - 2 total pounds)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 green onions (sliced diagonally)

Directions

1In a self sealing bag, place tenderloins, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar and garlic. Seal bag and refrigerate 4-8 hours. Remove pork from from marinade (discarding marinade); roll in sesame seeds.
2Place tenderloins in shallow pan; roast at 450 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
3Serve sliced tenderloins garnished with green onion.
