- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 3/4 - 2 total pounds)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 4 green onions (sliced diagonally)

Directions
- In a self sealing bag, place tenderloins, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar and garlic. Seal bag and refrigerate 4-8 hours. Remove pork from from marinade (discarding marinade); roll in sesame seeds.
- Place tenderloins in shallow pan; roast at 450 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
- Serve sliced tenderloins garnished with green onion.
