Ingredients

- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1 pound broccoli (cut lengthwise into ½-inch pieces)
- 3 teaspoons olive oil (divided)
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
- Combine honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
- Place salmon on platter and spoon 2 tablespoons of the Sesame Ginger Sauce over the salmon. In a small saucepan, bring remaining sauce to a simmer and cook 1 minute until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and set aside. Let salmon marinade while you prepare the broccoli.
- Toss broccoli with 2 teaspoons olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Grill 6-7 minutes per side, until broccoli crisps and is golden in spots but pierces with a fork; about 12-14 minutes. Remove from Grill and keep warm.
- Cut lemons in half and brush with remaining olive oil. Place salmon on Grill along with lemons, cut-side down, and grill 6-7 minutes for medium doneness. Remove lemons and salmon from grill. Cut salmon into 4 pieces.
- Serve salmon immediately with broccoli, grilled lemons and Sesame Ginger Sauce.
