  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 1 lb. broccoli (cut lengthwise into ½-inch pieces)
  • 3 tsp. olive oil (divided)
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
    2. Combine honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
    3. Place salmon on platter and spoon 2 tablespoons of the Sesame Ginger Sauce over the salmon. In a small saucepan, bring remaining sauce to a simmer and cook 1 minute until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and set aside. Let salmon marinate while you prepare the broccoli.
