Ingredients

  • 4 cups napa cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 cups red cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 serrano chili (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 red pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (fresh)
  • 1 Orange (zested and juiced)
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ancho chili powder

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, onions, chili, red pepper, carrot and cilantro. Whisk together 1 tsp orange zest, 3 tbsp orange juice, honey, olive oil, vinegar, cumin and chili powder. Season then pour over cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
