Serrano ham and quail eggs are used on these mini pizza for a unique and bold flavor combination. Ingredients

300 grams bread flour
salt
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
200 milliliters warm water
tomatoes
fresh thyme
200 grams serrano ham
quail eggs

Directions

1In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, yeast, pinch of salt, and warm water.
2Knead the dough for 15 minutes until the dough is smooth and even. Add to a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow it to rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
3Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
4Separate dough into 40-gram pieces and stretch using a rolling pin.
5Cover the pizza crusts with fried tomatoes, thyme, ham, and eggs.
6Bake for 15 minutes and serve warm.
