This chili is the bomb. Followed the recipe exactly, other than decreasing the chili powder down to 2 tablespoons, just so it wasn’t too spicy for my little kids. Everyone loved it. I will definitely be making it again.

The recipe was very easy to follow and make. The chili was absolutely delicious. I used only 2 1/2 tblspns of chili powder and I was happy with the flavor. It still has a spice to it. Love this recipe!

Amazingly tasty! I made this in the Instang Pot (30 min + 10-20 pressure time) I only used 1 can of beans which is the ratio I prefer. Also plain Greek yogurt makes a great sour cream alternative. Will be making again during this cold weather season!

Loved this chili! My husband wanted it made with beef and I also only had 3 1/2 Tbls of chili powder left. It was definitely enough seasoning for us. Like other reviews said this was a spicy chili. We love spicy so I was great for us but too spicy for our kids. Next time I make it I will leave out the Cayenne and go a little less on the chili powder so kids can eat it and just spice up our own bowls. Can’t wait to make this again, thank you!

This was delicious! I ended up using one can of kidney beans and one can of black beans but followed the rest of the recipe and it came out perfect! Topped it with a bit of sour cream that gave it a little extra something.

This recipe is yuuuuuuummy! instead of chicken stock, I used 1 chicken bouillon.... not salty at all and came out amazing.

I was quite liberal with the spices and it came out with quite a substantial kick - I also had to swap out a chicken stock cube for a vegetable stock cube, which I then used to make 450 ml stock - but my goodness this is delicious. Strongly recommend!
