Used green chilis in the can, didn't have fresh. Used tomatoes on hand too. Came out great! Pairing it with black bean burgers tomorrow. This will br my go to on the fly recipe from now on. You can dress it up or down or its perfect just as is!

Great. Used lime juice since that is what I had. Added fresh ground pepper & about 1 -1/2 tsp cumin.
