  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (may sub Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided, 3 will be melted)
  • 1 zucchini (medium, peeled and shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (approx. 2 cloves)
  • 3/4 cup bisquick (or other baking mix)
  • 1 onions (quarter of an, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
