  • 8 pita breads (preferably whole grain, regular or pocketless)
  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce (thinly shredded dark green)
  • 3 plum (medium, Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup soy yogurt (plain)
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon (or 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning (blend, such as Frontier or Mrs. Dash)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (finely chopped, or 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried, to taste)
