Description

Make your own beads and dressing add an unusual flair to your salads. Enjoy the salty crunch of 3 types of seeds, mixed with almonds, and the sweet tartness of cranberries and blueberries. Add to any type of salad to turn it into a gourmet affair.

Ingredients

2 egg whites
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons almonds (pieces)
1 tablespoon cranberries
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons hazelnut oil
salt
ground black pepper
fresh chevre
blueberries

Directions

1In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
2Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
3Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, and drop tablespoon sized mounds of the mixture on it.
4Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, let cool.
5For the salad dressing, mix 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of hazelnut oil, salt, and pepper.
6To serve, arrange goat cheese, blueberries, and 4 or 5 seed balls on each plate.
