- 2 tablespoons Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 packet stevia powder
- 1 teaspoon raw honey

I couldn’t handle the cinnamon, it was too much, so I made the rest like the recipe said, and it was better. I may tweak it a little, but it’s good.

Only made it once so far taste was good, almost like a cinnamon lemon aid already made my jars for today, hoping to live the long term results for me detox/cleanse, for my husband lower blood sugar levels

I blended it in my Ninja and it's actually not bad. It's quite refreshing, like cucumber water. We'll see how much fat-burning it does. :)

Doesn't taste as bad as I thought! It was kind of clumpy when stirred. Ill try shaking next time. We'll see about the detox/weight loss.

I don't enjoy the taste of apple Cider vinegar and lemon together. Otherwise, an unobjectionable recipe.
