Tastes just like hot apple cider! Love it! I used fresh ginger and honey instead of stevia and ground ginger and blended it all up.

Tastes great. for those that have issues with the cinnamon blending well, just take 1/2 cup of water add all ingredients to it. Heat it for 1 min. in the microwave, mix and pour into the gallon.

Make sure to use real cinnamon (Ceylon) if your taking this regularly. The Cayenne pepper is a nice metabolism boost.

I like it. I added Splenda to taste. I drink it hot because I find it comforting that way, possibly due to the fact that it is snowing, adding more to the already foot and a half outside my window....AND IT'S MARCH!! Anyway, I have noticed some positive differences in my skin, energy and digestion. as far as weight loss goes I'm not a hundred percent sure but I haven't gained a pound since I've started it and I'm a baker, I try all my products.

I usually nook 8 0z in microwave for 30 sec. add 2 tablespoons ACV with the mother squirt of lemon juice with 1 tsp. Honey doesn’t taste good . Tried this and loved it! Thanks so much . I did pour it in a cup to blend on my ninja because the cinnamon didn’t dissolve until I blended it together. Perfect! Love this so much more now.
