It was so easy to make, changed some of the seasoning and my family wants me to make it more often, forget rice-a-roni

Too heavy on the thyme and red pepper. Needs chicken stock

I used the rice cooker and the rice turned way to soft, however the taste was delicious as I us3d chicken broth instead of water to steam the rice. Since I had plenty left over, the next day I diced and saute onions, added two scrambled eggs, canned corn and saute everything together along with some pieces of breast chicken. Nevertheless with the later twist it turned out even more delicious than I expected

This rice was great my husband who doesn't care for rice really liked this with the easy garlic shrimp. I changed some spices around to satisfy his taste and it was a big hit

So delicious! Paired it with some Sriracha chicken and my lips were burning, but I LOVE spicy foods so that was a plus. Will definitely make again.

I really like this recipe. The key to make sure rice doesn't stick to the bottom and burn is to keep the flame as low as possible once you bring it to a boil. Also, this is a really nice starter's recipe if you're not sure how to make seasoned rice. I'm eager to different things with this recipe.

What a great recipe for the usual boring rice. Will do it again for sure. At this time, I don't think I will change it in any way...so easy...a "slam dunk". Thanks!

This is way nicer than you would imagine when you see how simple the ingredients are. I tend to use asafoetida in place of garlic (no breath problems), and this works well here.
