Really great! I made this as a side dish to tacos so instead of seasoning salt and pepper and used taco seasoning.

Delisssshhh! The only thing that we changed about this recipe was that we used a full cup of parmesan rather than just a ½ cup. We're from Wisconsin, so a ½ cup isn't enough to fulfill our cheese needs. ;) Great side!

My family loved it! I used fresh corn, cut from the cob. I used butter and olive oil to brown fresh chopped onions and fresh minced garlic, then drained, and used the flavored oil and butter to sautee the corn in. Also, I added some additional seasoning salt, to fit my taste. It was absolutely delicious!
