  • 1 pound shrimp (medium to jumbo sized, shells on or off)
  • 1/4 pound calamari (cleaned and sliced)
  • 1/4 pound bay scallops
  • 16 ounces spaghetti (or fettuccine pastas, cooked according to package instructions)
