A simple and tasty spring salad with seafood, rucola mix, cheese, green and red pepper, mushrooms and broccoli sprouts. It's very easy to make and also really delicious if you're into fresh and healthy recipes.


  • 6 mushrooms
  • 3 cheese (quarters of light)
  • 100 grams seafood (in vinegar and olive oil)
  • broccoli sprouts (you can add as much as you want to)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper (a baked, with vinegar, olive oil and garlic)
  • salad (A mix of, with rucolla, iceberg salad and radicchio salad, or you can take whatever salad mix you prefer)

    1. Put the salad mix in a large bowl.
    2. Chop up the mushrooms, green pepper and cheese and put them in separate bowls.
    3. You'll need to have the red pepper in vinegar and oil already done, all you have to do is to take them and put them in another bowl, same for the seafood.
    4. For the final step, you'll have to mix all the ingredients in the salad bowl. Mix the chopped mushrooms, green/red pepper, seafood, cheese and broccoli sprouts with the salad and season them with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar ( you can also replace the vinegar with lemon juice if you prefer it more ) .
