Description

Warmer weather means it is time for a grill out. Keep things tasty and interesting with this recipe for Seafood Kebabs. Deliciously seasoned, these kebabs alternate squid, shrimp, and onions for a delicious grilled seafood kebab that will have you reaching for another one. Allow the kebabs to marinate for at least 20 minutes before grilling. As an entree, these kebabs pair wonderfully with fluffy white rice. Otherwise, they make a great addition to any grill party.

Ingredients

US|METRIC
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • olive oil (drizzle)
  • 1 squid (cleaned and sliced)
  • 10 jumbo shrimp
  • 1 onion (roughly sliced)

Directions

  1. In a mortar & pestle or food processor, mix together the garlic, parsley, salt, and cayenne pepper. Once mixed, whisk in a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Start making the kebabs by skewering squid then shrimp then onion and repeating until the kebab is full.
  3. Baste everything with the sauce and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Grill the kebabs.
