  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 white onions (� cups chopped)
  • 1 chopped celery (� cups)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 42 ounces cream of celery soup
  • 6 potatoes (medium, cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (leave)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 6 cups water (from the seafood steaming)
  • 1 quart heavy whipping cream

Terrific recipe! I did half all the ingredients as the recipe stated it made a very large amount. I would not change a thing in the recipe. It was a little costly with all the fish but well worth it. Had many complements. Served it with garlic bread and a salad as it is very filling

DO NOT USE THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF ROSEMARY OR THYME! Comes out tasting like rosemary soup. Had to cook a whole pack of maple bacon to mask the over powering taste of herbs. Other than that I would make it again
