Sea Bass with Squid and Shrimp

Description

This dish is almost pure meat. There is just enough black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic to add a hint of spice. Garnish with parsley to add a hint of green, or add shredded carrots for a different look.

Ingredients

1 sea bass (filleted)
salt
ground black pepper
100 grams shrimp
1 squid (small, sliced)
1 garlic cloves (diced)
1 cayenne pepper (whole)
fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Salt and pepper the fish fillets and place into an oven-proof dish.
3In a skillet, saute together the shrimp and sliced squid with garlic and cayenne pepper. Just heat through; do not cook all the way because it will continue cooking in the oven.
4Place the squid and shrimp mixture on top of the fish fillets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
5When removed from the oven, sprinkle fresh parsley over the top of the dish.
