The fish lover’s treat. This simple, yet elegant recipe allows you to enjoy the flavor of sea bass, fried to perfection. The eel adds a satisfying crunch. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon or lime. Use orange or grapefruit to add a twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass fillets (large)
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • eel
  • flour
  • oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper the fillets to taste and then grill them, starting skin side down.
  2. To make the crunchy eel, coat it in flour and fry it for a few seconds until crunchy.
  3. Serve the fish garnished with the eel on top.
