    It was awesome! It reminded me of eggs, but in my opinion it was alot better! I recommend everyone to try this recipe. Also, it was quick and easy, I really enjoyed this :)

    This was pretty good. But it is my own fault that I overcooked it. And I halved the recipe , so not sure that I actually put in enough soy sauce. I also roasted some fingerling potatoes and yam, cubed and it was a great accompaniment. I would add a side of chard though. Then we have a totally complete meal. So excited to learn how to make tofu hash on my own

    This was amazing thanks so much, I also added mushrooms and also cooked everything for alot longer on the last step so the tofu wasn't so raw.
