- 1 octopus
- sea salt
- Tenderize the octopus using a meat mallet.
- Add the octopus to salted boiling water and cook for 25 minutes.
- Drain the octopus and slice. Place the octopus on a foil lined baking sheet. Top with cheese and season with salt.
- Place in the oven and broil until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
