They reminded me of my grandmothers scalloped potatoes. I had some velveetta in the fridge and added a few pieces chopped up with the butter, milk and flour mixture. Delicious!

It turned out very good! I did have to add more butter for the high altitude, and I added more spices. I also sprinkled some cheese on top once I took it out of the oven to cool. Tasty!!
