Ingredients

  • 2 pounds turkey
  • 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 knorr french onion recipe mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into loaf in prepared pan. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Drizzle, if desired, with barbecue sauce.
