Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped (medium)
  • 1 head bok choy (small head, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 5 cups))
  • 1 envelope lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sherry (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
  • 8 ounces linguine (or spaghetti, cooked or drained)

Directions

  1. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook garlic and bok choy, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix blended with water, sherry, soy sauce and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Toss with hot linguine. Sprinkle, if desired, with toasted sesame seeds.

Super easy!! Added some Snow peas since my Walmart did not have bok Choy. Will definitely make again!

Def. not take-out, but probably much healthier and not too salty. I added mushroom and onions to mine.

Very yummy! I followed the recipe exactly. Love lo mein! I did make some pork on the side and egg rolls to complete the meal. .
