Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, fine chop (medium)
  • 1 head bok choy (small head, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 5 cups))
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sherry (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
  • 8 ounces linguine (or spaghetti, cooked or drained)

Directions

  1. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook garlic and bok choy, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix blended with water, sherry, soy sauce and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Toss with hot linguine. Sprinkle, if desired, with toasted sesame seeds.
