  • 10 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup shallots (chopped, or onion)
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine (or balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 package gravy (knorr, classics au jus gravy mix)
  • 1 cup water

    Directions

    1. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt Spread over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms and shallots, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until mushrooms start to brown. Stir in wine and Knorr ® Gravy Classics Au Jus Gravy Mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally. 6 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve sauce over steaks.
