It was “OK” chickpea flour mixture tasted good but the texture wasn’t quite right. I wouldn’t make this again.

This chickpea scramble was on the weird side to me and mostly due to the consistency of it when done. Hard to figure out when it was fully cooked (although I think I got it right and cooked until it was crumbly and not gooey and sticking together), and by itself didn’t do it for me. I cooked some plant-based sausages and had a pita pocket, and once it put everything inside the pita and ate as a sandwich, then it came together and the flavorings worked. Can’t say I would try this again, but the sandwich effect definitely helped it along to be an enjoyable dish

This was really yummy!!! Instead of the water & flour, I used real eggs instead! All of the flavors were delicious and I added some other veggies as well! (Diced bell pepper & shredded carrots)

It took awhile for the chickpea to firm up but the flavor was great. I may use a larger pan or less water next time
