Easy and quick to cook! I would probably cut down on the potatoes and stock and make sure to also serve it with some fresh veggies as well.
I cut down on a lot of the ingredients and used frozen carrots, Little golden potatoes and red peppers. I used less stock/broth for a lighter gravy, where the seasoning is key. I’ll invest more time with it next time, but I’ll certainly use this again.

This was absolutely delicious.. Quite fast and extremely easy... Would go great with rice pilaf and baked beans.. Highly recommend this one!!
