It was ok but tasted like a pot roast I guess I was hoping for a more traditional brisket flavor stupid on my part. It was tender but took about 14 hours to get there could have been the meat as well

This dish is a regular in our house now and i often cook it for guests who never fail to enjoy it and comment just how delicious it is. Yum indeed!

My husband said it was the best brisket i ever made! This is my new go to recipe. I didn't add the cayenne pepper and it still had a ton of flavor.
