Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 10 ounces vegetables (stir-fry)
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth (OR water)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted,, optional)

Directions

  1. 1Slice pork across grain into 1/8-inch strips. Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger for 10 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in nonstick pan until hot. Add pork and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until pork is no longer pink. Add vegetables (unthawed) and the chicken broth or water. Stir mixture, cover and steam for crisp-tender vegetables. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
