  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 190 grams pesto (or olive tapenade)
  • parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on your work surface.
  3. Spread a layer of pesto (or tapenade) over the pastry and sprinkle with parmesan.
  4. Fold by joining the two rounded ends of the pastry.
  5. Spread another layer of pesto and sprinkle with parmesan.
  6. Fold the pastry again.
  7. Spread another small layer of pesto.
  8. Then fold in half and cut in sections.
  9. Place on a baking tray and bake for about 15- 20 minutes.
