  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 190 grams pesto (or olive tapenade)
  • parmesan cheese


  1. 1Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Roll out the puff pastry on your work surface.
  3. 3Spread a layer of pesto (or tapenade) over the pastry and sprinkle with parmesan.
  4. 4Fold by joining the two rounded ends of the pastry.
  5. 5Spread another layer of pesto and sprinkle with parmesan.
  6. 6Fold the pastry again.
  7. 7Spread another small layer of pesto.
  8. 8Then fold in half and cut in sections.
  9. 9Place on a baking tray and bake for about 15- 20 minutes.
