- SEASON meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Brown meat on all sides. Add onion, garlic, green pepper and carrots. Cook and stir until onions are translucent.
- WHISK peanut butter and beef broth in medium bowl until blended. Pour over meat. Stir in tomatoes, thyme and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Remove bay leaf and discard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- COAT slow cooker with Crisco® No-Stick Cooking Spray
- SEASON meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Brown meat on all sides. Place in slow cooker. Whisk peanut butter and beef broth in medium bowl until blended. Pour over meat. Stir in onion, garlic, pepper, carrots, tomatoes, thyme and bay leaf.
- COVER and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours. Remove bay leaf and discard.

I added a few more vegetables to make it a complete meal. It was very well received and enjoyed. Very tasty.
