Description

Five everyday ingredients, a muffin pan and forty-five minutes are all it takes to make a warm and savory muffin, perfect for breakfast or snack. Use your favorite vegetables, cold cuts, and cheese to customize the filing and flavor of these delicious, savory muffins. Fill muffin tins with liners and filling and bake for approximately twenty-five minutes. Serve these savory and delicious muffins warm with cold butter and your favorite spreads and enjoy!

Ingredients

250 grams flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
salt
1 eggs (lightly beaten and at room temperature)
250 grams milk (at room temperature)
50 grams butter (softened)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180C.
2Combine the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in one bowl and the egg, milk, and butter in another bowl.
3Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir quickly to combine.
4Add the filling (cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, etc.) and the flavors you like most, stir briefly to combine.
5Fill the muffin liners to 3/4 and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
6Remove the muffins from the oven and serve warm.
