  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 egg
  • 12 salt (medium raw, peeled shrimp, patted dry, halved to make it thinner & lightly seasoned with)

  • 2 medium carrots (super thinly sliced)
  • 2 red chilies (deseeded and sliced, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 drop sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
