Love these! I think that less cheese would work as well, you could add diced jalapeños, etc! My kids really like these, too!

First this make 1 and only 1 large waffle. I didn't see where to add reserved bacon fat. I like bacon so I used 3 slices. I used fresh spinach. Cooked well. Tastes like a quiche. Not worth getting out the iron.
