  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Organic Coconut Oil
  • 2 medium zucchini (cut into matchsticks)
  • 2 cups snow peas (fresh)
  • 2 cups matchstick carrots
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

    Directions

    1. COMBINE soy sauce, honey and garlic in small bowl.
    2. HEAT oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
    3. ADD zucchini, snow peas and carrots. Saute 1 to 2 minutes, just until tender. Add soy sauce mixture. Cook an additional 1 minute, stirring constantly. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
