  • 1/4 cup lower sodium soy sauce (I like to use Braggs Liquid aminos, or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups brown rice (precooked, or quinoa, optional)
