Sauteed Pork Chops in Savory Grape-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

4 New York pork chops (top loin, 3/4-inch thick)
2 teaspoons butter
1 cup grapes (seedless, halved)
1/2 cup light cream
1/3 cup parsley (chopped)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon onions (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1In large heavy skillet heat butter over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 8 minutes, turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Remove chops to a serving platter; keep warm for 3 minutes. Add grapes, cream, parsley, mustard, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to skillet. Cook over high heat, stirring, until sauce thickens slight; spoon over chops.
