- In large heavy skillet heat butter over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 8 minutes, turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Remove chops to a serving platter; keep warm for 3 minutes. Add grapes, cream, parsley, mustard, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to skillet. Cook over high heat, stirring, until sauce thickens slight; spoon over chops.
