It was pretty good. The only thing I did differently was use the juice of a lime instead of lemon and it still tasted great. Would possibly make again (:
Insanely delicious and moist, and insanely (and oddly suprisingly) easy. This recipe leaves you no excuse not to include mushrooms into your cooking, whether as a main dish, topping, or mouth-watering side/appetizer.

I personally didn’t like the lemon taste, I would try it next time without it. Otherwise it tasted gd!

Good but maybe a little too sweet. I suggest a little less balsamic & honey per amount of mushrooms. I used baby Bella’s for this dish.
