Ingredients

  • 4 ounces bacon (chopped)
  • 6 cups kale (chopped)
  • 4 cups cabbage (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup shallot (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup red pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. In a large frying pan, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Add remaining ingredients to frying pan and cook until wilted and broth evaporates. Season. Add bacon before serving.
