Turned out yummy. I must admit I read the reviews and saw a lot of flavorless comments so to avoid that I added my own “Asian” spin. I mixed sesame oil,soy sauce, and brown sugar together poured it over top of the ground beef and kale.. and toped it with sesame seeds! So good! I’d definitely make it again.

I added chicken broth when I added the beef...to avoid it drying out and to add flavor. it was good but very basic and it needs something to add flavor

This is a super easy dinner. I also made some rice to add to this dish. This is one of my favorite easy meals to prepare, plus it is super yummy.

followed the recipie mostly and served it on a bed of couscous. Very the whole fam enjoyed it, including the kids. Will definitely experiment wiyh different variations and flavors.

Really good, but I did add liquid aminos to it. I knew it would be too bland for me without some sort of sauce/seasoning. I also used spinach instead of kale and it turned out delicious!
