    SO quick and easy. We used ground turkey and far more vegetables than recipe. Add spices you dig.

    This was very easy at first I thought it might be too bland, so I added some fresh cilantro and some garlic salt. What a great easy meal and good leftovers for lunch. In a pinch this could be a good quick breakfast.

    I have prepared this dish previously and enjoyed it even more this time with adding additional spices to increase flavor. I added Knorr chicken flavored bouillon and African pepper. Easy meal to prepare and very delicious. Will definitely make it again.

    Simple, easy and quick! I had to add spices to bring in the flavors. Without it would be a pretty bland dinner. I would make again!

    it was ok, i used 2 whole peppers and a whole red onion. There wasn't any flavor even though i added a lot of salt and pepper. i had to add mikes hot honey for some flavor.

    Delicious! One should be generous adding the salt and pepper. I also added red pepper for a nice spicy kick!

    Awesome! I added Worcestershire sauce, some Slap Ya Mama, threw in fresh mushrooms, and substituted spinach for kale. I also added some green onion sausage with the ground sirloin to make a bigger meal, and my kids ate the entire thing! No leftovers! 🙌
