To die for - no pans, pots to wash. What's not to like?? This looked so easy on the video and was every bit as easy as it appeared.

Soaking the eggplant in milk was a great idea to cut the acidity and give the eggplant a nice texture. Wasn't crazy about the honey but would make again without it.
