  • 500 grams chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 chorizo
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 grams turkey bacon
  • 200 grams tomato puree
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • yellow lentils (cooked)
  • Camargue rice (cooked)


  1. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic and onion.
  3. Slice the chorizo.
  4. In a frying pan, fry the chicken in the oil and butter for 2 minutes on each side, remove from pan, and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, fry the bacon, onion, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir while scraping the bottom of the pan so that the meat juices color the ingredients.
  7. Cook until the bacon is crispy.
  8. Add the pieces of chicken, chorizo, and tomato sauce, mix well and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Mix with yellow lentils and rice.
