  • 3 large garlic cloves (to season oil)

  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic puree (also called ground garlic, or use finely minced fresh garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon (chopped, can substitute basil, oregano, or thyme)
